We will only collect, maintain and use such personal information if, and to the extent that, it is necessary, and in the context of the business activity or transaction between yourself and Pisani Group. We will assume that the personal information that you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date. In the event that any of your personal information changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will amend our records.
Accounts for Individual Tax Returns are to be paid in full prior to lodgement. All other accounts are to be settled in full within 14 days from date of invoice, unless client has entered into a Service Package Agreement, T&C outlined in said agreement. Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by the Client in recovering any outstanding monies including Debt collection Management fees and solicitor’s costs shall be paid by the Client providing that those fees do not exceed the scale charges as charged by that debt collection agency/solicitor. The Accounting Practice shall be entitled without notice to terminate any credit arrangement with the Client in the event of the Client defaulting in any of the terms and conditions herein contained. The Accounting Practice shall be entitled at any stage during the continuance of this Agreement to request such security or additional security as the Accounting Practice shall in its discretion think fit and shall be entitled to withhold services or credit arrangements until such security or additional security shall be obtained or for any other reason at the Accounting Practice’s discretion.
