- Tax File Number (TFN)
- Income Statements

- Deduction Records
- Collect records and receipts for any deductions you plan to claim. This may include work-related expenses, donations, self-education expenses, or other eligible deductions.
- Expense Records
- Keep track of any work-related expenses, such as uniforms, tools, equipment, or travel expenses, along with the relevant receipts.
- Private Health Insurance
- Medicare Levy Exemption Certificate (if applicable)
- If you are exempt from paying the Medicare levy, ensure you have the appropriate exemption certificate.
- Capital Gains and Losses
- If you have sold any assets, such as property or shares, gather the details of the transactions and any associated costs.
- Rental Property Details
- If you own rental property, compile the income and expense details related to the property.
